Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the costs of your return.
Please note: Products must be unused and in resalable condition. Hygiene items such as socks are excluded from returns.
Please proceed as follows:
Pack the items you wish to return.
Go to the post office and send the package to:
GRNK GmbH, Boschstr. 15, 49733 Haren (Ems), GermanyPay for the postage (if the postage is not paid, we will deduct it from the refund amount).
Obtain and keep the shipment receipt until your refund has been processed.
We will process your return within seven days after the package has arrived.
Non-resalable means, for example:
The item has been washed
The item has make-up stains
The item has pet hair on it
The item smells of food
The item’s hanging loops have been cut off
In these cases, the item is no longer resalable and is excluded from returns. We cannot refund the purchase price.
