Occasionally, delays can occur with our shipping provider DHL. In some cases, shipments may not be updated or moved for several days. If your package has not shown any movement after 14 days (but not earlier), we can initiate an investigation with DHL. Please contact us via the contact form (Subject: Investigation). You can copy and use the following text:

Hello MaulCosplay Team,

Unfortunately, my package from order #[Order Number] has not moved since [Date]. The DHL tracking number is: [Tracking Number / Tracking Link].

Please initiate a DHL investigation and inform me about the whereabouts of the package.
