My order was marked as delivered, but I don’t know where it isUpdated 25 days ago

Occasionally, delivery issues can occur with our shipping provider DHL. If your package is marked as delivered in the tracking status, please first check whether it has been left with a neighbor.

If you are still unable to locate it, please fill out the attached form. Send the signed form to our customer support via the contact form (Subject: Investigation). We will then contact DHL to find out where your package is. You can use the following text in the contact form:

Hello MaulCosplay Team,

My order #[Order Number] from [Date] is marked as delivered but cannot be found. I have no information about the whereabouts of the package. Please initiate a DHL investigation. You will find the completed and signed recipient statement attached.
